Provision of roads and services infrastructure to facilitate the future development of a 100 acre multi-faceted mixed-use business park. This project includes the provision of 1,675m of internal distributor roads consisting of 265m to dual carriageway standard and 1,410m to single carriageway standard. The development also included the required services infrastructure i.e. surface water drainage, foul drainage, water supply infrastructure, electrical and telecommunications services.
