Meet the team
John Nolan
(Managing) BSc, MSc, MSCSI, MRICS, FCIOB, PGDipAdj
John graduated in 1991 with an Honours Degree in Construction Economics and Management and a B.S.C (Hons) Surveying from Dublin Institute of Technology. John also holds a M.Sc. Degree in Construction Management from the University of Ulster and a post-graduate Diploma in Adjudication form the College of Estate Management. John has a vast experience in all sectors of the Construction Industry. John has a particular skillset in construction disputes and has extensive experience advising Clients in relation to Mediation, Conciliation, Arbitration, Adjudication and the Courts in the role as Expert Quantum Witness.
Matt Dwyer
BSc, MSCSI, MRICS
Matt completed his Diploma in Construction Technology in 1998 and graduated in 2001 with an Honours Degree in Construction Economics and Management from Dublin Institute of Technology. With over 25 years continuous full-time experience in the quantity surveying profession, Matt has extensive experience in all aspects of the profession with particular expertise in the public works contracts and the RIAI contracts.
Thomas O’Neill
MSCSI, MRICS, MCIArb, MCIOB
Thomas graduated in 2009 with an Honours Degree in Construction Economics and Management from Dublin Institute of Technology and recently completed a Diploma in Construction Law from The Law Society of Ireland. With over 17 years continuous full-time experience in the quantity surveying profession, Thomas has extensive experience in all aspects of the profession with particular expertise in the public works contracts and the RIAI contracts.
Sean McMahon
BSc, MSCSI, MRICS
Sean graduated in 2009 with an Honours Degree in Construction Economics and Management from DIT.
