Matt Dwyer joined Austin Reddy & Company in 2002. After ten years of service, he was promoted to Associate, before being appointed Director in 2014 and Managing Director in 2025.

Matt is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and is a Chartered member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland and the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.

Matt completed his Diploma in Construction Technology in 1998 and graduated in 2001 with an Honours Degree in Construction Economics and Management from Dublin Institute of Technology. With over 27 years continuous full-time experience in the quantity surveying profession, Matt has extensive experience in all aspects of the profession with particular expertise in Public Works contracts and RIAI contracts, along with extensive Project Monitoring experience on behalf of financial institutions.

Thomas O’Neill joined Austin Reddy & Company in 2006. After fourteen years of service, he was promoted to Associate and subsequently appointed Director in 2022.

Thomas is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor, is a Chartered member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland and the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, a Chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Building.

Thomas graduated in 2009 with an Honours Degree in Construction Economics and Management from Dublin Institute of Technology and recently completed a Diploma in Construction Law from The Law Society of Ireland. With over 20 years continuous full-time experience in the quantity surveying profession, Thomas has extensive experience in all aspects of the profession with particular expertise in Public Works contracts and RIAI contracts, along with significant experience working on Conservation projects and Acting in the role as Expert Quantum Witness.

Sean McMahon joined Austin Reddy & Company in 2018 and was promoted to Director in 2022.

Sean is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and is a Chartered member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland and the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.

Sean graduated in 2009 with an Honours Degree in Construction Economics and Management from Dublin Institute of Technology. With over 17 years continuous full-time experience in the quantity surveying profession, he has extensive expertise across all aspects of the role, having worked in both PQS and contractor quantity surveying positions, including significant experience with Public Works contracts and RIAI contracts. Sean acts as the company’s ISO manager.

Shane joined Austin Reddy & Company in 2020, as a Senior Quantity Surveyor and was promoted to Associate in 2025.

Shane graduated in 2011 with an Honours Degree in Quantity Surveying from Atlantic Technological University. With over 15 years experience in the quantity surveying profession, he gained extensive experience working on large-scale projects with a Tier 1 Main Contractor, across both private and public sector contracts. Since joining Austin Reddy & Company, Shane has further developed his expertise in cost planning, procurement, contract administration, and cost control across a wide range of public and private sector projects.

John Nolan joined Austin Reddy & Company in 1995. After six years of service, he was promoted to Associate, before being appointed Director in 2005 and Managing Director in 2008. In 2025, John moved to a Consultant role.

John is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor, a Chartered member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland and the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Building.

John graduated in 1991 with an Honours Degree in Construction Economics and Management and a B.S.C (Hons) Surveying from Dublin Institute of Technology. John also holds a M.Sc. Degree in Construction Management from the University of Ulster and a post-graduate Diploma in Adjudication form the College of Estate Management. John has a vast experience in all sectors of the Construction Industry. John has a particular skillset in construction disputes and has extensive experience advising Clients in relation to Mediation, Conciliation, Arbitration, Adjudication and the Courts in the role as Expert Quantum Witness.
