Refurbishment of the Franciscan Friary, a protected structure, at 4-8 Merchant’s Quay, Dublin 8. The works consist of internal alterations to provide office and reception accommodation at ground floor; private living accommodation at first, second and third floors; single storey extensions to rear; and external escape stairs; renewal of mechanical and electrical installations; and associated site services and external works. The existing sliding sash windows were restored as well as the existing vaulted ceilings and timber panelling to prayer rooms
