Extension and refurbishment of a 19th century building housing Fire Restaurant located adjacent to The Mansion House. The works consisted of new glazed dining area at upper ground level to extend the existing restaurant, conversion of office space on the lower ground level to a new cocktail bar and lounge, new office space to rear of lower ground floor and all associated external works including siteworks to the Lord Mayor’s garden. The restaurant and adjacent Round Room remained live and operational throughout construction.
